Nature's Notebook Water Warriors
"Even a single drop of water can save a life or sustain an entire ecosystem, making it essential for our planet's tranquility and beauty, and of utmost value to all living beings on Earth!"
Nature's Notebook 'Water Warriors,' is my mission dedicated to conserving water through small solutions such as tap aerators (which save upto 50% of water used in hand washing), inspired by working with wonderful organizations such as GuruJal and the nest developers!! Guided by and collaborating with them, my goal is to install tap aerators to save water in my society, school and various buildings across Gurugram!! See more on Water Warriors!

My Sustainability Journey
2025-26 highlights

The nest developers Annual Tree Plantations (Corporate Social Responsibility)
As part of the nest developers' corporate social responsibility, we plant 100 trees for every home we make, in plantation drives each year. We strongly feel that, we must do our bit and contribute as much as we can to eco-restoration, and give back to nature for all the resources we use. Last year, in 2025, under the invaluable guidance of the GuruJal team, as the corporate social responsibility manager at The nest, we collaborated with them for a plantation in Damdama village in the Aravallis!

Volunteering at Urban Adda 2025- India Habitat Centre (GuruJal Team) and Raahgiri Sundays on Cycle
I participated as a volunteer from GuruJal at Urban Adda 2025, organised by various NGOs like Raahgiri and GuruJal, dedicated to environmental conservation and sustainable development. I presented the exhibition containing the herbarium of native species from the Aravallis. At the Raahgiri Foundation's Sundays on Cycle event on Kargil Vijay Diwas, the GuruJal team had set up a stall with different environmental activites, like seed bomb creation, to promote simple ways in how each of us can contribute to a greener city together. Volunteering at Wildlife SOS Agra Elephant Conservation Center and Bear Rescue Facility
I volunteered at the Wildlife SOS elephant and bear rescue centres in Agra, and it was one of the most beautiful, heartwarming and insightful experiences of my entire life. It was so inspiring to see the amazing work that the Wildlife SOS team is doing to make animals' lives better each day!! I stayed in Agra for 3 days, and at the shelters, we prepared the elephant and bears' meals, cut their fruits, helped build structures and their shelter with wooden logs, and learnt a lot about their stories and each of their lives! It is a life changing experience filled with emotion, service and learnings, and I am so so grateful to have gotten to be a part of the magical work they are doing. Read more
